Join us for the Fall Presenters-Only Block Booking Meeting! This year's meeting is being hosted by Laurie Johnson at the Paramount Theatre and Visual Arts Center in St. Cloud.
PARKING
A paid ramp is adjacent to the Paramount. The entrance is on the back side of the theatre. Just drive around the block and you'll see it. The ramp is small offering easy in and out.
HOTEL
A block of 10 rooms has been set aside for Sunday, November 1st at the Best Western Kelly Inn, which is about six blocks from the theatre. In order to get the discounted rate, you will need to book the room directly through Laurie. Please contact her by Monday, October 26th at ljohnson@paramountarts.org if you would like to reserve a room. She will need to know whether you would like a double or a single, and where to send the room bill. All of the rooms will be placed on the Paramount account. Laurie will send you an invoice for the room the week after the event.
MEETING ROOM
The meeting will be held in Studio C, which is located downstairs at the Paramount.
PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY
Laurie is presenting Rhythmic Circus at the Paramount on Sunday, November 1st at 3pm, and would like to comp any presenters who would like to attend. Guests are welcome, but you will have to purchase their ticket. If you would like to attend the performance, please contact the Paramount Box Office directly at 320-259-5463. Tell them you are a MPN member and would to reserve your comp ticket from the block. If you are bringing a guest, tell them you are reserving a comp plus you would like to purchase a second ticket. There is also a Beatboxing workshop from 12:30-1:15pm that you are welcome to attend.
TOUR
Laurie will be leading a tour of the Paramount at 2:15pm or so after the meeting wraps up. It will take about 15 minutes.
DINNER SUNDAY NIGHT For those in town on Sunday night wanting to have dinner, Laurie suggests the Green Mill, which is located at the Kelly Inn. Otherwise, there are several other places within a block or two - DB Searles, House of Pizza and Mexican Village.
