The Minnesota Presenters Network will host a Winter Gathering on Wednesday, March 16 at St. Catherine's University in St. Paul. We hope you’ll join us for the meeting, presentations and fun! This is our chance to reconnect with each other, to form/review upcoming block booking, hear from potential artists and possibly create collaborations for the MSAB Arts Tour grants (due in July – but it’s better to start early!). Arts Advocacy Day is Thursday, March 17 so we encourage you to stay and participate in that, too!
Schedule – Wednesday, March 16, 2016
2:00 – 3:00 pm Presenters only meeting (topics: finances, block booking, summer conference)
2:00 – 3:00 pm Tech time for artists to bring their flash drive to be tested and to see the presentation space
3:00 – 5:30 pm Artist/Affiliate/Agent presentations and social time (All artists have been selected for these presentations)
5:30 pm Dinner and show – presenter members only (sorry, affiliates, but we need some time to mull over all the amazing stuff you just presented to us!) – Dinner at Great Waters Brewing Company and show is Nina Simone’s new show at Park Square: http://parksquaretheatre.org/box-office/shows/2015-16/nina-simone-four-women/
Cost: Artist affiliate members of MPN -- $15. Non-members $30. Presenting members – free for the meeting, dinner will be on our own at Great Waters (http://greatwatersbc.com/). Michael-Jon Pease at Park Square is giving presenters only an incredible ½ price deal on tickets, but you must register online by March 2.

O'Shaughnessy is the blue building #31. Park in The O'Shaughnessy lot -the large box marked in orange. Leave your parking pass from Kathleen on your dashboard. Follow the sidewalk - you'll see the unmarked back of The O'Shaughnessy building in front of you. Follow the sidewalk through the small tunnel. You'll see The O'Shaughnessy on your left. Enter the building from the wooden front door- follow the signs in the lobby to the Green Rm (on the north side of the building).
