Fall block booking meeting. Open to presenter/organizational members only.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH - 3:00 p.m.
Everyone is welcome to meet as a group and attend The Charming Cello at 3:00 at the Paramount. This is part of Laurie's 101 Series. The series has been free for 6 years and this year there is a free will offering request after the concert. (If you aren't sure yet if you will be coming in time, you will definitely be able to just walk in and get tickets.)

Sunday Evening Dinner as a Group - 5:30 p.m. LOCATION TBD, but it'll be lovely and within easy walking distance of the hotel. This is a great chance to visit, learn, (commiserate?!) with each other! If you will be wanting to attend this dinner, which is each person taking care of their own bill, please let Laurie know by Monday, November 7th (Email: ljohnson@paramountarts.org) Laurie will reserve a room for the size of the group, based on the responses as of November 7th.
LODGING: There is a block of 20 rooms saved under Minnesota Presenters, checking in Sunday and checking out Monday morning at the Best Western Kelly Inn 320-253-0606. They will keep the block on hold until Monday, November 7th. On Tuesday morning, any remaining rooms will be released. You make your own reservations with your own credit cards, etc. You are assured of a room if you reserve by the 7th.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14TH

8:30 - 9:00 - Egg bake, pastries, beverages available
9:00 - 11:50 - Block Booking, General Booking, Artist Info (Just like the usual round the table.) Towards the end, Open Space intro by Bonnie Schock, identifying the 8 individual topics for smaller group break-out sessions.
Noon - 12:45 - Lunch served buffet style in Studio C. Grizzlys! Vegetarian options available.
12:45 - 1:30 - Open Space Small Group Session #1
1:30 - 1:45 - Break
1:45 - 2:30 - Open Space Small Group Session #2
2:30 - 3:30 - Recap in large group setting
3:30 - Adjournment
Cost: $30 per person. Includes breakfast and lunch, plus snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day.
