The Minnesota Presenters Network will host a Winter Gathering on Monday, March 26th at The O'Shaughnessy at St. Catherine University in St. Paul. We hope you'll join us for the meeting, presentations and fun! This is our chance to reconnect with each other, form/review upcoming block booking, hear about potential artists and create collaborations for the MSAB Arts Tour grants. Arts Advocacy Day is Tuesday, March 6, so we encourage you to stay and participate in that, too!

Noon – 1:00 pm Presenters Lunch in the Green Room (Optional presenters only lunch for those wanting some extra time with other presenters before the day begins) Please select one of the three box lunch options when registering.

1:00 – 1:30 pm Welcome and Introductions (Presenters Only)

1:30 - 2:00 pm Arts Midwest Presentation (Presenters Only)

2:00 – 3:00 pm Round Table and Block Booking Discussion (Presenters Only)

3:00 – 4:00 pm Viewing of Affiliates Promotional Videos (Presenters Only)

4:00 – 5:30 pm Tiny Table Marketplace and Social Hour

6:00 - 9:00 pm Dinner & Entertainment Showcases at the Icehouse After our day of meetings, presentations and the tiny table marketplace, come join the group for dinner and showcases at Icehouse - 2528 Nicollet Ave., Minneapolis. We'll be able to order separately from the main menu. Parking is limited. There are free lots on the north and south side of the building - first come first served. The Icehouse is requesting the number of people to reserve tables for us. Please select Icehouse when registering, if you plan on attending.
